Pamela Warren, Director of Government & Industry, Palo Alto Networks

Pamela Warren is the Director of Government & Industry Initiatives at Palo Alto Networks where she leads a group of specialized security architects who help companies address their industry-specific security needs. While at Palo Alto Networks, she stood up the company’s first ever Public Sector Advisory Council and most recently, the company’s first Cyber Range capability globally to give companies hands-on experience learning security best practices. Her passion is to help find ways to overcome departmental silos which can prevent a company’s cohesive approach to preventing cyberattacks. In her security career she has served in both government and the private sector. During her tenure in private industry, she has led initiatives on cybercrime, critical infrastructure protection, and data loss, engaging government leaders, industry CIOs, Chief Privacy Officers and the law enforcement community to help facilitate the exchange of innovative ideas and solutions to these important global issues. Pamela regularly speaks at industry events, has testified on the U.S Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, has served on many industry and government security forums, and was honored with the Executive Women’s Forum's “Women of Influence” award for private industry. She holds a Master’s degree in telecommunications from the George Washington University, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
